FAQ'S

GENERAL

Packages can be bought on our website under the page ‘Packages’! You need to create an account with us before you can purchase a package. From there please go to ‘Schedule’ and book yourself in. All instructions on how to join are there 🙂 For Journey Online, you will need to download the Zoom platform prior to classes.

Cycling shoes and weights are provided in the studio! It is important to check-in at the counter once you have arrived, so that one of our Guides can assist you. Towels and water are available for purchase. We also have changing rooms with showers, lockers and a filtered water system in case you need to fill up.

Schedules drop weekly on Saturday at 5:45PM! Please make sure you book your favourite classes at least 3 hours earlier to ensure the classes don’t get cancelled as we have to meet a minimum capacity requirement.

For private classes, kindly send us an email at [email protected] to submit your request! We will get back to you as soon as possible.

For bike rentals, kindly send us an email at [email protected] to submit your request! We will get back to you as soon as possible.

This is package dependant, you are able to see how many your package can book from the ‘Packages’ page. Some packages are non-shareable, so please do take note of this! Every rider will have to create their own account on our website to ensure that the Waiver Form is duly signed.

Most of our classes are available via ClassPass, if they are not available on ClassPass, they are most likely a special event only bookable directly via our website.

Please try to plan ahead as we have a minimum capacity requirement to run a class. However, if you need to cancel, your credit will be refunded as long as you do so 12 hours before the scheduled class time. You can cancel by logging into your profile online or calling the studio directly.

If this is your first time with us, please arrive at least 15 minutes before to your scheduled class. Kindly take note that any bikes that have not been signed in for 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class will be released. If you are running late, please contact the studio to let us know so that the Guides can hold a bike. However, we cannot ensure that you will receive the bike for which you have booked. Late riders will not be permitted to class if they are over 5 minutes late.

JOURNEY ONLINE

Journey Online is a program with live classes as well as Video on Demand (VOD) content with your favourite instructors. You need to have a Journey Online package to join in on a session. All online sessions will be streamed on Zoom platform for easy accessibility so make sure you have downloaded the app prior to the sessions!

If you have successfully downloaded the Zoom app, clicking on the link will directly bring you to the session! Please make sure your Internet connection is secure, the audio and video are stable, and your username is the same as your Journey account name to ease check-in processes and avoid any class disruptions 🙂

If you have successfully signed up for a class, an email reminder consisting a Zoom link will be sent to you an hour before; 15 minutes before; and 5 minutes before the class starts. If you are not able to find the email reminder, please check on your Junk, Spam, Social or Promotion tabs!
