At Journey, ride is our favourite form of cardio. We want to take you on our Journey where we get intense, pushed to your limits, a little bit emotional, sometimes spiritual and always inspirational. Our classes run for 45 minutes and include upper body movements and weights to give you a full body workout! We offer different levels to cater for your fitness levels so there is something for everyone regardless of age and fitness levels! So whether you are just beginning or on your way in your journey, our guides will always take you on the right path.

CLASSES

EMBARK

BEGINNER
This is your ride 101 where you will be exposed to the basics of rhythmic indoor cycling at Journey. Build your foundation right here as we guide you through what we do best! First timers are encouraged to do this class first before taking on the harder ones!

RISE

INTERMEDIATE
RISE is all about getting a solid 45-minute workout in where you can be challenged, and coordination comes a little bit more into play. Expect heavy climbs, intro into double-times and combinations that will make you work for that endorphin rush!

PEAK

ADVANCE
Peak is all about discovering limits, getting over walls, and pushing boundaries. Peak aims to push the rider to their limits, testing their ability to climb, sprint and move transitioning between higher and lower resistance and pushing the pace every chance we get while keeping you mentally strong. A mind-body experience you never knew you needed, this is Peak.
