Gear up first timers, class is in session! This is your ride 101 where you will be exposed to the basics
of rhythmic indoor cycling at Journey. Expect an easy ride where you will sharpen your movements,
build that foundational leg strength and easily understand what we practice here at Journey. Try this
class at least for your first time so that you are well equipped and ready to take on a the more
challenging classes!

Journey ride: PEAK is our pride and joy. PEAK is for those who want to push themselves a little
more, who are willing to be apart of our journey, how we see it as, that mixed feeling of pushing
your body at your max and reaching that feeling of serenity during our moments of tranquillity
during class. Expect gut crunching climbs, endurance challenging doubletimes and heart raising
sprints. If you came for the full package, for the full journey experience, intensity and all, this one is
for you.

So you’ve been for a couple beginner classes and are looking to challenge yourself or maybe you feel
like you’re fit enough to take this on already. Signature is all about getting a solid 45-minute workout
in where you can be challenged, and coordination comes a little bit more into play. Expect heavy
climbs, intro into doubletimes and combinations that will make you work for that endorphin rush!

ROAD is our take on a rpm style class infused with influences from our signature Journey ride. This
class does not include any upper body moves so if you are not a fan of it or find it difficult to stay
coordinated with the moves, this is the one for you! Road Cyclists we’re looking at you. If you want
to mimic the ride on the road in a room with inspiring music blasting and an instructor motivating
you to do the best you can, we’re here for you!
